Piece of the Week: A Charming End to the Paris Olympics
Venyx created country flags and French-inspired charms for the 2024 Summer Games.

They are often traded as tokens of friendship and gratitude, explained the Olympics, with pins designed for each country participating in the Games, as well as some individual sports and athletes.
Venyx, a British fine jewelry brand, has turned this tradition into fine jewelry with its “Venyx x Paris 2024 Olympics” charm collection.
The collection includes 6 charms inspired by designer Eugenie Niarchos’ travels to Paris.
“When choosing French symbols and flags for my charms, I was inspired by my love for Paris and my excitement about the city hosting the Olympic Games,” said Niarchos.
“Growing up in Paris, I wanted to create a charm bracelet that celebrates the city’s beauty and culture. This charm bracelet is my way of paying homage to this beautiful city.”
Wearers can choose from an artist’s palette, a croissant, a wine glass, a champagne glass, a Metropolitan sign, or a French cockade.
Venyx has merged these pieces with its previous “A Postcard From…” collection that is filled with flag charms from 28 countries, along with a bracelet and necklace to attach the charms to.
The charms are made of 18-karat yellow gold with enamel, diamonds, and other gemstones, which vary by the piece.
The Venyx x Paris 2024 Olympics collection retails for $2,618 to $12,653.
They are available on Venyx’s website and at the La Galerie de Ritz in Paris, France.
