Piece of the Week: Messika’s ‘So Move Max’ Necklace
Dance all night long with the “So Move Max” set’s necklace.
This necklace from Messika’s “So Move Max” set is made of yellow gold with 19.18-carats of brilliant-cut diamonds and designed with circle motifs that move within the links (price upon request).

The piece is from the “Midnight Sun II” high jewelry collection, which was inspired by the final moments after a festive night out.
“I have magical memories of parties until the end of the night, when we leave the dance floor to find the first rays of the sun,” said Valérie Messika, the brand’s artistic director.
The So Move Max necklace is a representation of the duality in moments like these.
It is made from yellow gold to represent the rising sun with 19.18-carats of diamonds as the stars that fade away as the night out turns into the early morning.
As the wearer dances throughout the night, the piece’s brilliant-cut diamonds set in circles of gold slide within the chain links.
“Oversized, sculptural, scandalous, So Move Max instantly electrifies the silhouette,” said Messika.
Midnight Sun II is comprised of 79 pieces spread across 11 sets.
The So Move Max necklace is available upon request at select Messika locations, along with the rest of the collection.
