WJA Foundation Names New President-Elect
Gabrielle Grazi is vice president of retail strategy and partnerships at Natural Diamond Council.

Gabrielle Grazi, vice president of retail strategy and partnerships at Natural Diamond Council, will assume the role in 2023.
She will replace current president Brandee Dallow.
“I’m sure I join our entire membership in warmly congratulating and welcoming Gabrielle to the 2022 Foundation Board of Trustees as our president-elect. Gabrielle brings a wealth of strategic expertise, strong leadership skills and the positive attitude so needed in our organization,” said Dallow in a statement.
"I am confident that Gabrielle will continue to, and excel in, securing and advancing academic, leadership and economic opportunities for women in our industry (and those who will join in the future) and support the broad and diverse needs and responsibilities of our members."
At the Natural Diamond Council, Grazi is charged with amplifying global campaigns, education, and marketing initiatives for retailers in North America.
She joined NDC in 2020 after working at Signet Jewelers to transform operations, elevate talent, and lead strategic initiatives, the WJA Foundation said. Her role involved enhancing the consumer and Signet team member experience, creating brand recognition, and increasing revenue and profitability.
Throughout her career, Grazi has demonstrated her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, said WJA.
She launched the Signet Women’s Business Resource Group, serving as chair from 2017 to 2020. She was also an advisor on Signet’s Diversity Leadership Team.
She has been a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle, a community of female executives that fosters leadership, since 2017.
Prior to her time at Signet, Grazi worked as director of retail at Liz Claiborne, led the outlet division for Juicy Couture, and was regional director for Limited Too, Tween Brands.
The New Jersey native lives in Monmouth County with her husband Victor, daughter Loretta, and dog Zen.
Several other industry members will serve with Grazi on the 2022 WJA Foundation Board of Trustees.
They are new member Emily Wisniewski, industry relations manager at Jewelers Mutual Group, and the following continuing members.

Also serving on the board is WJA Association President Susan Chandler and Immediate Past President Jacqueline Cassaway (Ex-Officio) will also serve on the board.
