SCS Names Brandee Dallow VP of Sustainability for Luxury Goods
The industry veteran will help the company expand its certification programs for the fine jewelry, accessories, and apparel industries.

The company develops programs for third-party environmental and sustainability verification, certification, auditing, testing, and standards development.
In her new role, Dallow will support the international expansion of SCS’s certification programs for the fine jewelry, accessories, and apparel industries.
Among these is the SCS-007 Sustainability Rated Diamond Standard, its first set of sustainability standards for the jewelry sector.
As the founder and president of Fine Girl Luxury Brand Building & Communications, Dallow has been creating marketing communications initiatives for luxury brands for more than two decades.
Most recently, she was the regional membership, business development, and engagement lead for the Responsible Jewellery Council in North America, working with members as they moved toward a more responsible business model.
She also previously served as the vice president of sales and marketing at Rio Tinto Diamonds’ North American office, vice president of global communications and marketing for the Julius Klein Group, and partner and public relations manager for J. Walter Thompson, promoting diamonds internationally for De Beers and working with other clients like the World Diamond Council.
Additionally, Dallow has served as president of the Women’s Jewelry Association and currently helms the WJA Foundation.
SCS said Dallow is particularly skilled at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, adding these skills which will be vital in her new role at the company.
“We are very excited to bring Brandee on board,” said SCS founder and CEO Stanley Rhodes. “Her professionalism, strong marketing communications knowledge and skills, and deep commitment to environmental and social progress, including fulfillment of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, are fully aligned with the SCS’s corporate mission.”
