Refiner Gannon & Scott Names Manager for Arizona Plant
Larry Shuck brings years of experience in leadership, quality control, and supervision in environment, health, safety, and security.

He joins the company with years of experience in leadership and management, quality control, and Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) supervision.
Shuck’s background ranges from military intelligence—serving as a voice interceptor for the U.S. Army, according to his LinkedIn— to roles at chemical company BASF and waste management company Clean Harbors.
He has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Arizona State, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in management from Western Governors University.
“One thing that we’ve learned in over 100 years of being in business is you constantly need to improve. We’re confident that Larry will bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to our operations,” said Gannon & Scott CEO Joe Peixoto.
