Fura Marketing Council Releases Gem Sales Training Videos
They highlight information that can help sell emeralds, rubies, and sapphires both business-to-business and to consumers.
The organization created five videos that are about four to six minutes in duration, containing information designed to bring the trade up to date on product and sales techniques for emeralds, rubies, and sapphires (as seen in the video above).
They cover information for selling both business-to-business and to consumers, including gem features, benefits, history, origin, and the 4Cs of color.
FMC said its goal is to enable salespeople to refresh their colored stone knowledge as well as increase their excitement going into the holiday season through an entertaining education tool.
The videos are currently offered in English and Spanish. Hindi and Mandarin will be added in 2022.
They can be watched at FMCGems.com.
In addition to the videos, the website also features more in-depth information about emeralds, rubies, and sapphires.
FMC has also partnered with the Gemological Institute of America for a discount on GIA’s Colored Stone Essentials online course; a discount code can be found at the end of each video.
