Piece of the Week: Nouvel Heritage’s ‘Childish’ Hoops
Luxury meets fun in these delightful earrings.

Nouvel Heritage designer Camille Parruitte is something of a wunderkind.
Born into a French jewelry manufacturing family, the New York-based designer has demonstrated a mature design sensibility belying her young age.
These Piece of the Week earrings, however, show Parruitte’s youthful side.
The “Childish” hoop earrings possess an undeniable sense of fun, but make no mistake, they were created with the designer’s impeccable devotion to craft, taking over 100 hours to make, including 10 hours of polishing and 55 hours of stone-setting.
Rendered in 18-karat rose gold and featuring diamonds, tourmalines and black lacquer, the Childish hoops sell for $60,000 on NouvelHeritage.com.
