Piece of the Week: Ark Jems’ Creation Necklace
This spinning pendant from new fine jewelry brand Ark Jems was seen at JA New York, held earlier this week.

Of the eight brands represented at the first spring edition of the JA New York show’s New Designer Gallery, one made its industry debut.
Ark Jems, from L.A. based newcomer Ann R. Korman, is a brand new line of luxurious fine jewelry that explores metaphysical themes.
Korman’s “Creation” necklace represents a balance of female and male energy, creation and destruction. One side displays the table and crown of a white diamond, while the other showcases its pavilion.
Visually inspired by an ancient Eastern symbol, the engraved, two-sided pendant features a handmade bail that spins, allowing the wearer to determine which energy they’d like to portray to the world, and which to keep to themselves.
The pendant is comprised of 18-karat yellow gold and features a 0.21-carat white diamond. It’s hung on a 30-inch 18-karat yellow gold chain.
The Creation necklace retails for $4,004. For wholesale inquiries, contact info@arkjems.com.
