2017 Gem Award Nominees Announced via Facebook Live
Jewelers of America’s annual awards gala honors nominees in four categories.

New York--The 2017 Gem Award nominees were announced live on Facebook Thursday afternoon.
Next year will mark the 15th installment of the awards, which Jewelers of America organizes to honor businesses in the fine jewelry industry.
The Gem Awards recognize three nominees in four separate categories: Jewelry & Design, Marketing & Communications, Media Excellence and Watch Excellence.
It also recognizes one individual a year with the Lifetime Achievement Award. As previously announced, Jim Rosenheim, chairman of Washington D.C. retailer Tiny Jewel Box, is the 2017 honoree.
The other award winners will be announced live at the event, scheduled for Jan. 13 at Cipriani 42nd Street New York. For tickets, visit Jewelers of America’s website.
