However, no matter how long or storied one’s career is, there’s always room for another first, and the Paris-based designed experienced two this week.
On Wednesday, more than 400 JAR pieces went on display at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. It is the first U.S. retrospective of JAR pieces and the first retrospective at the Met dedicated to a contemporary jewelry designer.
