It might be hard to imagine with the mercury topping 90, but it’s time to start thinking about fall trends. Here are 10 pieces of jewelry inspired by Pantone’s fall palette.
“The fall 2015 palette is rooted in multi-faceted, androgynous colors that can be worn to portray effortless sophistication,” says Leatrice Eiseman, executive director at Pantone.
She adds that designers are paying homage to progressive moments in American history--from the Roaring ‘20s to the bohemian hippie and modernists of the ‘60s and ‘70s--which translates to jewelry via long necklaces and drop earrings, earthy tones and abstractly shaped pieces and design concepts.
