SPS silver collection to benefit veterans
The Jewelers for Veterans Foundation will be benefitting from the sale of a jewelry collection curated by the Silver Promotion Service.
The collection, called “Silver Salutes the Service,” is comprised of jewelry from Ariva Living in Fine Jewelry, Cynthia Gale Jewelry, Frederic Duclos, Phillip Gavriel, Rotenier, The Samuel B. Collection and Thistle & Bee.
Each brand has created either special pieces or patriotic-themed jewelry for the collection, and prices in the collection range from $200 to $800 retail.
The SPS said it created the collection to “introduce a cause-related shopping event at retail to be held during key holidays throughout the year,” such as Veterans Day, Armed Forces Day and Memorial Day.
A package of marketing collateral is available to support retailers that carry the Silver Salutes the Service collection, including hang tags, counter cards, consumer literature and digital materials. The line is available now and will be showcased at the JCK show in Las Vegas next week.
The Jewelers for Veterans Foundation is a non-profit industry organization dedicated to connecting U.S. military veterans with employment, training and education within the jewelry industry. The foundation is based in New York City.
“(This) is a natural partnership that we hope will flourish over time and progress into meaningful contributions to our stated goal of helping veterans find gainful employment,” said Jewelers for Veterans President Todd Wolleman.
