H. Stern to launch Rock Season line
Brazilian jewelry company H. Stern is introducing designs with bird and butterfly motifs in varying shades of gold for its newest collection, Rock Season, which will launch this September.

New York--Brazilian jewelry company H. Stern is introducing designs with bird and butterfly motifs in varying shades of gold for its newest collection, Rock Season, which will launch this September.
The different shades of gold allude to the natural color changes that occur each season, the brand said, with warmth represented by 18-karat rose gold with cognac diamonds and morganite.
To represent the cooler seasons, H. Stern is using its own 18-karat “Noble” gold, a champagne-hued alloy, with diamonds and emeralds.
The jewelry also will be a bit edgy, the brand said.
“The H. Stern team employed punk rock-style elements to add a progressive spirit to the jewels,” H. Stern said. “Music’s counterculture style, such as spikes and a darkened metal finishing, create an unusual contrast to the organic shapes of the jewelry. The result can be seen in rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets that also bear a resemblance to Victorian style.”
The Wings line within the Rock Season collection will be available for wholesale and at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue stores in September. The rest of Rock Season will be sold only in H. Stern boutiques, also beginning in September.
