GIA now accepting scholarship applications
Available online through Oct. 31, the scholarships are for the GIA’s Gemology and Jewelry Manufacturing Arts programs, courses and lab classes.
Carlsbad, Calif.--The Gemological Institute of America announced Wednesday that it now is accepting applications for the more than 200 scholarships available for its Gemology and Jewelry Manufacturing Arts programs, courses and lab classes.
Scholarships are available for distance education eLearning courses and for classes being offered at GIA campuses in Bangkok, Carlsbad, Hong Kong, London, Mumbai, New York and Taiwan, and at GIA branches in Botswana and Dubai.
Sponsored by private donors and the GIA endowment fund, the scholarships supplement GIA’s wider scope of offerings.
