Ritani Names Omnichannel Veteran as CEO
Deborah Fine has two decades’ experience in the retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and media industries.
New York--Ritani has named omnichannel expert Deborah Fine as CEO, effective immediately.
Fine will split her time between Ritani’s Seattle and New York locations.
She joins Ritani with two decades of leading lifestyle business in growth, having worked in a number of industries such as retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and media.
Fine previously served as the CEO of Direct Brands, the largest member-based retailer of media products in the country; president of NBC Universal Company iVillage; CEO of Victoria’s Secret Pink; founder and president of Avon Mark Cosmetics; vice president and publisher of Glamour; and publisher of Brides.
Ritani’s network of independent retail partners now numbers more than 250.
“Deborah has demonstrated an impressive track record of leading best-in-class retail and media businesses and delivering significant results. Her experience and vision will help propel the growth strategy of the Ritani brand, as it seeks to gain market share in the omnichannel fine jewelry market,” Henrique de Castro, head of Ritani investor Cantor Ventures, said in a news release annoucing her hire.
