Hearts On Fire Names Gabrielle Grazi VP of Sales, North America
The industry veteran is also the president-elect of the Women’s Jewelry Association.

She will report to Rebecca Foerster, the brand’s president of North America.
Grazi is replacing Jacqueline Raffi, who was promoted to the role in 2022 but departed the company last month, as per her LinkedIn profile.
Grazi has more than 20 years of experience in luxury retail under her belt, most recently serving as the vice president of head retail strategy and partnerships at the Natural Diamond Council.
She is currently the 2025 president-elect of the Women’s Jewelry Association.
In her new role, Grazi will oversee the Boston-based company’s sales strategies, enhance customer engagement, and elevate the brand’s presence in key markets.
Her appointment is part of Hearts On Fire’s multi-year brand transformation, which includes bolstering its North American leadership team.
“I am excited to welcome Gabrielle to our leadership team. Her deep understanding of the luxury market and her passion for exceptional customer experiences will be vital as we continue to elevate our brand and connect with our customers in meaningful ways,” said Foerster.
Grazi shared her excitement about her new role.
“It’s an exciting time to join Hearts On Fire during a pivotal global transformation. I’m prepared to strategically accelerate the introduction of the brand’s next chapter of modern, luxury fashion diamond jewelry in the finest North American retail stores.”
The company is part of the Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, which acquired Hearts On Fire in 2014.
