Pomellato Acquires Valenza Setting Lab

The Kering-owned brand purchased the lab to both reinforce is manufacturing capabilities in the diamond and precious stone sector, and to support the expansion of the company.

Marcello Monti and Gilberto Dentelli are the founders of Valenza Setting Lab, which is based in Valenza, Italy. Their team of 24 employees previously worked for MG Incassatura, also a Valenza-based company and a longtime partner of Pomellato.
This acquisition follows Pomellato’s purchase of a minority stake in Italian goldsmith company Costanzo & Rizzetto in 2022.
