Tune Into This Webinar on the G7 Ban on Russian Diamonds
Sarine Technologies and Tracr will hold a free webinar Wednesday on what retailers need to know about the new rules.

Sarine Technologies CEO David Block and Wesley Tucker, CEO of Tracr, will lead the discussion this coming Wednesday, March 20, at 12 p.m. EDT.
Angelo Palmieri, president of GCAL by Sarine, will moderate.
After nearly a year of discussions, the Group of Seven nations (the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, and Canada) announced in early December that all member countries would ban the import of diamonds mined, processed, or produced in Russia beginning Jan. 1, 2024.
On March 1, the measure expanded to include diamonds mined in Russia but cut and polished in other countries.
During the webinar, Tucker and Block will give retailers information on how they can use the integrated solutions Sarine and Tracr provide in order to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure their operations are cost effective.
They also will share actionable insights and strategies to help retailers maintain a competitive edge in the market, the companies said.
“In an evolving landscape shaped by the latest G7 regulations, the diamond industry stands at a pivotal juncture,” Palmieri said.
“Our upcoming webinar, ‘G7 Sanctions: What Retailers Need to Know: Diamond Traceability Insights with Sarine and Tracr,’ promises to be an invaluable resource for retail jewelers seeking to learn, prepare and adapt their businesses to the new regulatory environment.”
There is no cost to attend.
