Stephanie Gottlieb Announces First President, CCO Hire
Morgan P. Richardson joins from La Perla.

Morgan P. Richardson has been appointed president and chief commercial officer, beginning this month.
Richardson joins the company with vast luxury retail experience. She was most recently La Perla’s president of the Americas at La Perla. Prior to that, she was vice president of merchandising and product development at Oscar de la Renta.
She has also worked in executive merchandising and management roles at Bloomindale’s and Barneys New York.
“We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Morgan to propel the brand into a new era of growth,” said Founder and CEO Stephanie Gottlieb.
“We are investing strategically into the company, building on our founding principles. Morgan models authenticity and a greatness of spirit to lead our commercial team with precision and world-class luxury retail experience that will bring our vision for the next phase of the company to life.”
Richardson’s role will entail leading ecommerce, marketing, and omnichannel strategies. She will work alongside Gottlieb, with whom she’s been friends since the two met in first grade at Horace Mann School in New York City.

A graduate of Harvard University with a degree in social anthropology, Richardson serves on the board of directors at the School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, the official school of the New York City Ballet.
Richardson trained at the school for several years.
