Piece of the Week: Tabayer’s ‘Oera’ Pendant
The brand’s signature shape is rendered in an autumn-appropriate color palette.
Tabayer’s signature shape is the “Oera” knot, what it calls a universal protective symbol to act as daily talisman.
The winding tubes that make up earrings, rings, bangles, and pendant necklaces are hollow, providing a bold, impactful look at still attainable pricing.
In its second collection, the brand reimagines its sculptural, Modernist shape in a rich color palette that feels appropriate for autumn. Brown and champagne diamonds complement rose gold with their warm hues.
This “Piece of the Week” Oera Edition 02 pendant leaves the striking knot motif on full display. There are no jump rings or bales to muddy the design, instead a chain is wrapped around the pendant so as not to interrupt the pendant’s silhouette.
This large version is crafted in 18-karat Fairmined rose gold and features an inverted 1.55-carat brown diamond at one end.
It is set with 1.10 carats of white diamond pave and strung on an 18-karat rose gold chain, though it’s also available in a mixed metal yellow gold chain version.
Priced at $15,900, it’s available on the Tabayer website.
