Lagos Names Public Relations Director
The jewelry brand promoted from within to fill the position.

The fine jewelry brand promoted Jamie Hector to the position. Previously, Hector was the company’s public relations director.
Hector began her tenure at Lagos in 2017. She was tasked with developing a multi-year public relations strategy to build brand awareness and create excitement around the company, Lagos said in a press release.
Chief Digital Officer Amanda Willinger said, “Jamie has made an immeasurable impact raising awareness and esteem for Lagos over the past five years. She is a dynamic and strategic leader with great vision for how to propel the brand forward.”
Hector will report to Willinger and be charged with overseeing the entire public relations department, as well as growing her team as needed.
Lagos said Hector’s appointment is a sign of its commitment to nurturing female talent.
In addition to Hector and Willinger, the women-led team of Lagos executives includes Chief Marketing Officer Isabelle Scarchilli, and Vice President of Sales Diana Nichols.
This year marks Lagos’ 45th anniversary. The company said it continues to show profitable growth, and is focused on women’s empowerment and self-expression, as demonstrated in the “My Lagos My Way” motto.
