Evan Yurman Is Now President at David Yurman
He replaces Carol Pennelli, who is leaving the brand after two decades.

Brand veteran Carol Pennelli is stepping down from her role as president and chief commercial officer.
Pennelli has been with David Yurman for 20 years. She helped navigate the company’s growth, with David Yurman stores and concessions expanding to 50 across the United States and the world.
In a press release, founder David Yurman said: “Carol has been a trailblazer on so many fronts, and her focus on commercial excellence and building an immersive luxury experience has left an indelible mark on our company culture.”
Evan Yurman will take over as president. The 39-year-old has worked for his family’s business since 2002, most recently acting as chief creative officer.
In this role, he headed the men’s, wedding, high and fine jewelry categories. He’ll continue these duties as president, but also manage commercial oversight and strategic growth.
Husband-and-wife team David and Sybil Yurman will remain in their roles, with David lead designer and Sybil chief brand officer.
They said: “Evan has been working with us for the last 20 years and we are pleased to have him step into the role of president and lead the company.”
The company is on the hunt for a new chief operating officer to work in partnership with Evan on evolving brand infrastructure and implement business objectives and strategy.
Pennelli will assist the company as it transitions to new leadership.
