Nominate Someone for JA’s New ‘20 Under 40’ List
It will celebrate the best and brightest in jewelry retail.
Jewelers of America wants to put the spotlight on some of the retail jewelry world’s best. Nominate an industry colleague to be on the association’s 20 Under 40 list now.
New York—Jewelers of America is looking for the best and brightest in jewelry retail.
The trade association is now accepting nominations for its new “20 Under 40” list, shining a spotlight on jewelers who “exemplify leadership skills and a commitment to elevating jewelry retail for tomorrow’s consumers.”
The criteria are as follows.
-- The nominee must be under the age of 40 as of Jan. 21, 2022;
-- The nominee must be a full-time employee in a jewelry retail store or fine jewelry department that’s an active member of JA;
-- The company can have a brick-and-mortar presence or e-commerce site;
-- The nominee may be a store owner, bench jeweler, manager, sales executive, or serve the store via marketing, accounting, or other areas of operations; and
-- The nominee must have at least three years of experience in the jewelry industry.
Recipients will receive a certificate, national recognition, features on JA’s social media and website, a customizable press release, and a free JA Certification Course.
Individuals can be nominated by an industry colleague or self-nominated.
Nominations will be accepted through Jan. 21, 2022. Recipients will be notified in early February 2022.
