Ben Bridge/Pandora Employee Wins Associate Award
Ashleigh Rousselle was named “Star Associate of the Year” during a virtual awards ceremony hosted by tech company Salesfloor.

The awards, held virtually, honor store associates and managers who excel in providing personalized shopping experiences and building strong customer relationships.
The Star Associate of the Year award went to Ashleigh Rousselle, an employee at a Pandora store in Oregon owned and operated by Ben Bridge Jeweler.
The Star award is given to an employee who exceeds expectations and lifts up other associates.
“This person leads by example, inspires others, builds meaningful relationships and is an all-around extraordinary representative of their brand,” said Salesfloor.

Other categories in the Associate of the Year Awards are Best Digital Experience, which honors someone who expertly serves customers via digital channels and leverages technology to make sales, and Most Innovative Associate, which goes to an employee who came up with innovative ways to serve customers amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pandora employees were finalists in all the categories.
Ben Bridge and its Pandora stores began using the mobile clienteling and virtual selling platform in December 2020.
The panel of judges included Jason Goldberg of Publicis, Cathy Hotka of Cathy Hotka & Associates, Mary Todd-McGinnis of Ben Bridge, Ron Thurston of Take Pride Today, Bob Phibbs of The Retail Doctor, and Regina Aiello of Ben Bridge/Pandora.
Winners, nominees, and finalists received Salesfloor merchandise to commemorate their achievement.
Winners and finalists received a copy of the book “Retail Pride: The Guide to Celebrating Your Accidental Career,” by guest speaker and judge Ron Thurston.
The guide for retail employees shares tips for developing talents, building connections with customers, and honing leadership skills.
The winners received a one-year subscription to Retailu, a platform developed by guest speaker April Sabral that provides online leadership training courses.
Classes include communication, conflict resolution, bias removal, and team building.
