GemFind Partners with Messaging Platform Podium

The new partnership lets jewelry retailers connect with customers via chat.

Digital marketing platform GemFind is teaming up with messaging platform Podium to bring more features to its network of jewelry retailers.
New York—GemFind, a digital marketing platform for jewelers, has teamed up with messaging platform Podium.
 
The new partnership will allow Gemfind to help its retailers connect with customers via online chat and text messages.
 
Podium’s service lets customers type questions or reviews into a message box and send it to the business.
 
It also offers interactive messaging tools, like payment collection and lead capturing.
 
Retailers will also be able to gather reviews for SEO and reputation management.

Podium said it has a customer base of more than 90,000 businesses and has interacted with one in three cell phones in the United States, reaching more than 50 million consumers.
 
Brad Jenson, executive vice president of business development at Podium, said in a press release: “What impresses me most is GemFind’s commitment to leveraging technology to communicate and ease transactions with their customers. Their approach and strategy to provide customers with the best service possible helps businesses around the country continue to grow and succeed.”
 
Working with retail and wholesale jewelers, GemFind offers business services like lead generation, localization, and geofencing, a type of location-based marketing.
