Zendaya’s Oscars 2021 Red Carpet Jewelry Is Not to Be Missed
Here’s what $6 million worth of drool-worthy diamond Bulgari #neckmess looks like.
This Bulgari necklace is from the brand’s 2021 “Magnifica” high jewelry collection, which will be revealed this summer. Zendaya wore the convertible piece as a choker, with the pendant attached to a necklace, at the 93rd annual Academy Awards.
She goes by one name for a reason.
A presenter at the Oscars on Sunday, Zendaya embodied a modern interpretation of luxury, showing how to make over-the-top diamonds feel youthful and vibrant.

The star’s cut-out, canary yellow Valentino gown and loose goddess-esque waves perfectly tempered the goodies from the Bulgari vault, lending them a slightly bohemian air.
Totaling more than $6 million, the star’s layered necklaces and rings are from the upcoming “Magnifica” high jewelry collection and feature 183 carats of diamonds.
The high jewelry convertible choker and necklace are rendered in platinum with a cushion-cut fancy vivid yellow diamond (6 carats) starring as the pendant’s centerpiece. The piece also features 18 larger diamonds (18.18 carats), 693 fancy shape step-cut diamonds (49.30 carats), 398 round brilliant-cut diamonds and pavé-set diamonds (61.50 carats).
The actress had on high jewelry earrings in platinum with two fancy intense yellow pear-shaped diamonds weighing 9.4 carats and two brilliant pear colorless diamonds weighing 3.49 carats.
She also wore a high jewelry ring in platinum with a 9.9-carat emerald-cut diamond and two baguette diamond side stones, as well as a high jewelry ring in platinum with a 21.14-carat fancy intense yellow diamond and two trapeze diamond side stones.
The 93rd annual Academy Awards were held Sunday, primarily in two locations in Los Angeles and Hollywood with corresponding events in London and Paris, all in the name of social distancing.
Necklaces proved to be the hit of the night among attendees all over the world.

British actress Vanessa Kirby sported a Cartier necklace that looked good from every angle.
The high jewelry platinum and diamond necklace had a 7.04-carat diamond drop Kirby wore down the back of her strapless gown.
In total, the piece features 1,112 diamonds weighing 27.45 carats.

Cartier also outfitted Oscar winner Daniel Kaluuya, in a men’s jewelry look that was statement-making and totally elegant, perfect for accepting his first statue from the academy.
Kaluuya wore a Cartier diamond and platinum tennis necklace with a steel large model Santos de Cartier skeleton watch, a Coup d’Eclat de Cartier ring in 18-karat white gold with diamonds, and a Cartier Love ring in 18-karat white gold with ceramic and diamonds.

Musician and newly minted Oscar winner Tiara Thomas delivered a high-wattage look with a plunging diamond lariat featuring a floral detail.
She paired the necklace with diamond stud earrings.

Actress Maria Bakalova also wore white, but with a hint of pink.
In Moussaieff high jewelry, she wore a large riviere necklace with 75.84-carats of D-color internally flawless diamonds, as well as chandelier drop earrings with 4.24 carats of fancy pink diamonds and 31.24 carats of white diamonds.
She also wore a ring with an 8.22-carat D-color internally flawless marquise-shaped diamond and white and fancy pink diamonds.

Necklaces weren’t the only stars on display. Nominee Andra Day gave a fabulous earring moment in Tiffany & Co.
The earrings boast two square emerald-cut fancy vivid yellow diamonds weighing more than 12 carats. Day also wore a Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger “Cooper” bracelet in platinum and 18-karat yellow gold with more than 465 diamonds, along with rings from the Schlumberger and T collections.
In total, the look is worth more than $2 million.

Nominee Olivia Colman wore Chopard to the ceremony.
With 6.52 carats of pear-shaped diamonds and 1.24 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds, the earrings were the focal point of her look.
She also wore a selection of Chopard diamond rings.

Nominee Amanda Seyfried was also feeling the yellow diamond energy, wearing Forevermark by Premier Gem yellow radiant double drop halo earrings set in platinum, 10.45 carats total.
She combined the earrings with three square diamond bangles set in 18-karat yellow gold with diamonds from the Forevermark Black Label collection, and a Forevermark Exceptional ring in platinum with 5.03 carats of radiant vivid yellow and white diamonds.

Onyx and rubies brought color to Reese Witherspoon’s Bulgari high jewelry array, which is valued at more than $3 million.
She wore high jewelry earrings in white gold with onyx inserts and six square emerald-cut diamonds (6.47carats,) six pear-shaped brilliant diamonds (2.65 carats), an additional six square emerald cut-diamonds (1.44 carats), as well as 10 round brilliant-cut diamonds and pavé-set diamonds (1.10 carats).
Her ruby ring was from the same forthcoming “Magnifica” high jewelry collection Zendaya wore. It features a 10.15-carat octagonal ruby set among ruby and diamond accents.
Witherspoon also sported a high jewelry ring in platinum with a 5.38-carat marquise-shaped diamond, 40 step-cut rubies and 34 step-cut diamonds.
She topped it off with a high jewelry bracelet from the “Barocko” high jewelry range, in white gold with
seven Akoya cultured pearls, onyx and diamonds.
