Hearts On Fire hires a Jewelry Coach

Boston--Pat Henneberry, a sales trainer and founder of The Jewelry Coach, is Hearts On Fire’s newest executive.
The Boston-based diamond brand announced that Henneberry is joining its team as a vice president overseeing global learning for its organization and its retail partners, handling the direction, operation and expansion of all retail sales coaching, training and development. This includes Hearts On Fire University, the annual sales training event held in Las Vegas every year for the brand’s retail sales associates.
Henneberry has worked as a professional sales trainer for Hearts on Fire before, as well as for LVE Diamonds and Forevermark, De Beers’ diamond brand.
She joins Hearts on Fire from The Jewelry Coach, the sales training platform she founded and runs as CEO. Henneberry said Tuesday that The Jewelery Coach would continue to function, with David Peters and others in the industry taking on existing clients. The company, however, won't be accepting any new clients as of right now.
Prior to that, she was a director of the Diamond Promotion Service, or DPS, De Beers’ now-defunct marketing arm in the United States, and held sales positions at ArtCarved and JCK.
“It’s a great feeling to be part of this team,” Henneberry said of joining Hearts On Fire. “I feel like I’ve come home.”
