Jewelers Mutual to donate to children for holidays
Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company is again teaming up with Sarah’s Hope Jewelry and Jewelers for Children to give to children in need through its “Hope for the Holidays” sweepstakes.
Jewelers Mutual is giving the public the chance to vote among three options for their favorite children’s charity among from now through Dec. 19. The three charities chosen to be in the sweepstakes are: Make-A-Wish America, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and National Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Association.
Each charity will receive a donation from Jewelers Mutual. The organization with the most votes at the end of the period also will receive a $1,000 donation, and the other two will receive a $500 donation each.
The public can participate in the “Hope for the Holidays” sweepstakes by voting on either the Jewelers Mutual Perfect Circle Jewelry Insurance page on Facebook or on the company’s website.
Jewelers Mutual also will hold weekly jewelry giveaways featuring pieces from Sarah’s Hope Jewelry, a socially responsible jewelry line that helps provide loans and small business training to impoverished women in the U.S. and across the world.
On Dec. 19, at the end of the program, one winner will be awarded a grand-prize three-piece jewelry set valued at more than $500.
“We are honored to work with Sarah’s Hope Jewelry and Jewelers for Children this year to make a difference in the lives of children who have been faced with significant challenges,” said Trina Woldt, chief marketing officer of Personal Lines at Jewelers Mutual.
