New York--The 24 Karat Club of New York will hold its 113th annual banquet on Saturday, Jan. 10 at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Manhattan.
As is tradition, the club is withholding the name of the entertainer, or entertainers, until the night of the event, though it said in a statement that members of the gala’s planning committee “promise attendees will be dazzled.”
Following the grand banquet, activities will continue with the Midnight Bash dance party at the Waldorf as well as a new feature this year--a special jazz lounge for members who may want to continue the night’s festivities in a more relaxing manner.
The event caps off a busy weekend in the Big Apple for the jewelry industry, with events including the Gem Awards on Friday night and the Jewelers’ Security Alliance annual luncheon on Saturday afternoon.
Room blocks are available at the Waldorf Astoria, the adjacent Waldorf Towers, and at the nearby W New York Hotel on Lexington Avenue.
