Kiran Gems Named ‘Outstanding Enterprise of the Year’
The Mumbai-based diamond manufacturer received the honor at the recent JNA Awards in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong--Jewellery News Asia named diamond manufacturer Kiran Gems the “Outstanding Enterprise of the Year-India” at its recent awards ceremony in Hong Kong.
Now in its sixth year, the annual JNA Awards are organized by trade show operator UBM Asia, which runs jewelry shows in Hong Kong, China and Singapore.
The awards recognize and promote companies and individuals who “demonstrate brilliant leadership, innovative thinking, and successful sustainable and socially responsible strategies,” JNA said in a news release.
This year’s awards ceremony took place Sept. 14 at the InterContinental Hong Kong, with winners recognized in 10 different categories, including Outstanding Enterprise of the Year for India.
Based in Mumbai, Kiran Gems Pvt. Ltd. is one of the biggest diamond manufacturers in the world, serving clients in the United States, Hong Kong, China, Belgium, Australia and Dubai.
In a statement announcing that it had won the JNA Award this year, Kiran said that it has a set of guidelines that complete its mission statement, which is ingrained in every employee, from rank-and-file to upper management.
These guidelines include: a passion to deliver the best in everything; partnerships with employees, customers and business associates that are nurtured to last; progress as a company that’s driven by innovation; and performance that is defined by its accomplishments and will be used as the measure of its continued existence in the industry.
