Couture Design Awards open for entry
Entries are now being accepted for the 2014 Couture Design Awards, an annual competition for the show’s exhibiting brands.
New York--Entries are now being accepted for the 2014 Couture Design Awards, an annual competition for the show’s exhibiting brands.
The deadline for submission is April 15.
The categories for this year’s contest are: Bridal, Colored Gemstones below $20K (retail), Colored Gemstones above $20K (retail), Diamonds below $20K (retail), Diamonds above $20K (retail), Gold, Pearls, Platinum, Silver and Watches.
There also is a Debuting at Couture category, open only to brands that are exhibiting at Couture for the first time.
Each exhibitor may enter in one category only. Submissions will be judged by a panel of Couture designers, Cornerstone Retailers and jewelry and fashion editors who will evaluate the pieces on various criteria including design, craftsmanship and sale-ability.
The winner will be announced at the Couture Design Awards event at the Wynn Las Vegas on May 31.
