Cohen Named President of Alpina Frederique Constant USA
Jeffrey Cohen will continue in his role as president of Citizen Watch America, and the two companies will operate separately.

New York--Jeffrey Cohen, currently president of Citizen Watch America, has been named president of Alpina Frederique Constant USA as well.
He will remain in his role with Citizen Watch America, which operates the Citizen and Bulova watch brands, and the two companies will continue to operate separately.
Additionally, Fernando Sanchez, who was serving as vice president of sales-Caribbean and duty free market, has been appointed managing director of Alpina Frederique Constant USA.
Japan-based Citizen Watch Co. acquired Frederique Constant Holding in May 2016, bringing the Swiss watch brands Frederique Constant, Alpina and DeMonaco under its umbrella.
The acquisition came as part of the company’s implementation of the “Citizen Global Plan 2018” to complete its brand portfolio by acquiring Swiss brands.
The management and staff of Frederique Constant Holding has remained in place since the acquisition and that is not expected to change following Cohen’s appointment.
