Stuller’s Bench Jeweler Workshop to Return in March
The event will bring the “Battle of the Benches” real-time design competition back to the manufacturer’s headquarters in Louisiana.

Lafayette, La.--Stuller announced that its annual Bench Jeweler Workshop will return to its headquarters in Lafayette from March 24 to 26.
The two-and-a-half-day workshop will feature a number of hands-on demonstrations and educational seminars, including sessions on the diamond market, laser training, increasing profits with repair, polishing and plating, and more.
It also will include new product demonstrations and the second annual Battle of the Benches competition, a real-time design contest where contestants will compete in three different challenges: design, parts and pieces, and prep and polish.
At the upcoming event, three exceptional bench jewelers will be chosen to compete against David Adamson of David Adamson Designer Jewelry in Lynn Haven Fla. Adamson won the inaugural Battle of the Benches held at Stuller headquarters this past April.
Stuller said that all contestants will be provided with travel expenses up to $500, complimentary event registration and lodging for the duration of the event.
“Last year, workshop attendees filled the showroom floor to watch the live competition. It was a huge hit and a lot of fun,” said Tammy Kidder, Stuller’s vice president of merchandising.
