JA New York Keynote: Maximizing the In-Store Experience

New York--Jewelers of America is producing two days of free seminars during the JA New York Spring show at the Javits Center next week, including a keynote presentation on how jewelers can maximize their in-store experience.
Nicole Leinbach Reyhle, founder and publisher of Retail Minded and co-founder of the Independent Retailer Conference, is delivering the keynote on Monday, March 14 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Called “Tips, Tricks and Techniques to Maximize Your In-Store Experience,” it will discuss the keys to strengthening the bricks-and-mortar retail experience as well as actionable steps that stores can apply directly to their business.
Other topics to be covered in the education program include interactive sessions about attracting bridal consumers, tips on sustaining existing customers, and production and detection of synthetic diamonds.
