The Berkshire Hathaway-owned company is making some internal changes.

Omaha, Neb.—Borsheims Fine Jewelry & Gifts is beefing up its management.
The Berkshire Hathaway-owned company is combining its ecommerce and marketing departments, promoting Andy Brabec to head them as director.
Brabec was previously the director of ecommerce for three years, helping the company double its online revenue in that period. He also boasts 12 years of experience in marketing management prior to his tenure at Borsheims.
In a statement, the company said the combining of the two departments would help customers have a more seamless experience, whether they shop in-store or online.
Adrienne Fay, previously director of marketing, was promoted to a newly-created vice president role in September.
In other company changes, Marti Stephens has been promoted to shop assistant manager after holding several positions at the shop at Borsheims, including shop support supervisor.
As shop assistant manager, Stephens will help oversee the jewelry shop, appraisals, custom work and repairs. Stephens is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and has a jewelry design degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
Borsheims has also hired Adam Craig to the position of facilities manager, which oversees functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of the Borsheims building. Craig comes from The Boeing Company in St. Louis.
In 2020, Borsheims will celebrate 150 years in business.
