Krista Beermann, Joshua Gilbert and Albee Schimanski have all been promoted from within the company.

Boston—Hearts On Fire has announced the promotion of three of its employees.
The company has promoted Krista Beermann, Joshua Gilbert and Albee Schimanski to the roles of vice president in each of their departments.
Beermann is now vice president, product.
Hearts On Fire said she has been with the company since 2005, when the brand was new to selling diamond jewelry.
Beermann has expanded and developed the product offerings, restructuring how HOF creates and evaluates its merchandise. HOF called her “an exceptional leader … trusted and respected by everyone she works with.”
Gilbert has been appointed vice president, sales.
A longtime force in the diamond business, he previously worked at Grunberger Precision Cut in New York City. He joined HOF 11 years ago, first as a territory manager then as regional director. Gilbert now will oversee sales for the entire U.S. market and represent the sales team among other departments.
Schimanski’s new role, meanwhile, is vice president, trade strategy. Another HOF veteran, Schimanski has been with the company for more than a decade, working in sales for the Canadian and Caribbean territories.
His new role will see him continuing this work, while also leading trade strategy, communications and programs. Schimanski will oversee co-op, sales incentives, shop-in-shops, trade messaging and training resources.
