Jennifer Herold Promoted to VP at IJO
Herold has been with the organization for 22 years and will continue in her current role of conference director.

Herold, who has been with IJO for more than two decades, grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut.
She studied at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and the University of New Hampshire. She graduated from UNH with a degree in communications and a minor in business administration.
She lives in Westport, Connecticut, with her husband, Marc Herold, and their three sons.
In a statement to members announcing Herold’s promotion, IJO Owner and Chairman Jeff Roberts highlighted her myriad skill sets and strong communication skills, which keep everyone focused.
She will continue to serve as conference director alongside her new VP role.
“I truly love what I do in my conference role, and being able to expand my responsibilities while continuing to do what I have always been passionate about is a wonderful opportunity,” Herold said.
“I appreciate Jeff for trusting in me to bring additional value to our IJO community. We have an exceptional membership and I truly enjoy the people in this group so much.”
Founded in 1972 by Bill Roberts Jr., IJO is a buying group for retail jewelers.
The organization’s next show is scheduled to take place July 13-16 at the Marriott Marquis in Chicago.
