MJSA Announces New Trade Show in Rhode Island
The inaugural “MJSA Showcase: Equipment, Technologies, and Supplies” will include a subcontractor spotlight pavilion.

The show will highlight latest-generation technologies and supplies along with the subcontractors who use them to expand jewelers’ capabilities.
“MJSA has long been recognized as the industry’s leading resource for new developments in jewelry manufacturing and design,” said David W. Cochran, president and CEO of MJSA.
“Our new showcase will capitalize on that strength and extend our reach, providing a window into the latest technologies, supplies, and services that can ease jewelers’ workloads and improve their profitability.”
MJSA will be debuting “MJSA ET&S Featured Products,” a curation of new tools and technologies, during the trade show.
The “must-see” products will be selected by an independent panel of recognized experts in jewelry manufacturing and design, the alliance said.
If chosen for the collection, the exhibitor will receive a plaque, a 10-minute demonstration that will be livestreamed on MJSA’s social media network, and a profile in the “MJSA Sourcebook,” a product-focused special edition of the alliance's monthly magazine.
The showcase will also include a “Subcontractor Spotlight Pavilion,” featuring U.S.-based contract manufacturers who can expand a jeweler’s capabilities. They will answer questions and schedule appointments during the show.
All attendees are invited to submit questions to the subcontractors at the time of registration and each will receive a digital edition of “The MJSA Guide to Subcontracting,” which provides guidance on how to choose and establish good working relationships with contract manufacturers.
A selection of gemstones, metals, and other components will also be offered at the trade show.
It will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 29-30 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Registration will be available soon on MJSA’s website.
