Shree Ramkrishna Exports Wins ‘Green’ Awards
The diamond supplier received two awards related to its environmental, social and governance initiatives.

The theme of the summit, held earlier this month in Vadodara, India, was "Building a Sustainable Future Together - ESG Solutions for a Resilient World."
The diamond supplier received the “Green Innovation” Award, which recognizes organizations that have implemented “groundbreaking solutions, technologies, and practices for environmental sustainability.”
The company also received the “ESG Impact” Award, which recognizes those with a “substantial positive impact on ESG initiatives, emphasizing measurable outcomes and contributions toward building a sustainable and resilient world.”
The summit was hosted by Sigma University of Vadodara and Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, in collaboration with Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation, UN Global Compact Network India, Gujarat Pollution Control Board, and Indian Society for Training and Development.
Shree Ramkrishna touted its commitment to sustainability, including its goals of achieving a net zero certification at its two diamond crafting buildings by 2024.
To reach this goal, the company is building an off-site solar power plant, electrifying its fleet, and planting more than 200 acres of trees.
The company has also contributed $3.5 million to solar projects, including donating 750 rooftop solar panels.
