AGS Introduces Featured Speakers for Conclave
The star speaker at next year’s Conclave will be tennis legend Andre Agassi.

The next Conclave event will be held in Louisville, Kentucky, from May 1-3, just ahead of the iconic Kentucky Derby.
Organizers announced in September they had nabbed tennis legend Andre Agassi as the star speaker, as well as Liz Forkin Bohannon, the founder of fashion brand Sseko, and comedy act The Passing Zone.
AGS has since filled out the lineup, adding three additional speakers.
Speech coach and consultant Terri Sjodin will be the featured speaker on May 1, sharing her insights on how professionals can bolster their presentation skills.
She is the author of “Small Message, Big Impact” and has been a guest on numerous radio and television talk shows, including The Today Show, Bloomberg, and CNBC.
Seth Mattison, an expert on talent management, digital transformation, and the future of work, will be the speaker on May 2.
Mattison’s research and case studies explore how to inspire an audience and impart advice to individuals and organizations.
He has worked with a wide range of companies, including the Dallas Cowboys, Walt Disney, AT&T, and IBM.
On May 3, stand-up comedian and diversity and inclusion specialist Jess Pettitt will be the featured speaker.
Pettitt uses her sense of humor to discuss where leadership and diversity intersect while promoting creativity and innovation.
“I am very excited that our featured speakers at Conclave this year are presenting such diverse topics. There is something for everyone,” said Denise Richards, chair of the Conclave Subcommittee.
“Terry Sjodin, Seth Mattison, and Jess Pettitt will all deliver advice that we can take back to our businesses immediately and drive results.”
Since the Kentucky Derby is right after Conclave, organizers encourage those interested to book their hotel rooms early. Flight discounts are also available.
