Borsheims CFO Erin Limas To Retire After 35 Years
She started as an accountant at the jewelry retailer in 1987.

Limas started as an accountant at the jewelry retailer in 1987, working her way up with various promotions until she was named CFO in 1996.
In that role, she directed the company’s financial plan and oversaw its accounting, e-commerce, marketing, technology, and security teams.
Borsheims said she’s been a driving force behind many of its most significant growth projects, including implementing the store’s first retail management system, launching its website and, most recently, choosing a new software system.
The retailer added Limas is highly regarded for her enthusiasm, insights, humor, and willingness to help.
In fact, she was honored with the company’s prestigious Ike-It employee of the year award in 2018.
The annual award recognizes an employee who exemplifies longtime Borsheims owner Ike Friedman’s legacy of customer service, commitment, hard work, loyalty, and dedication.
“Over the past 35 years, Erin has been instrumental in shaping the success of our company,” Borsheims President and CEO Karen Goracke said. “She’s been a trusted advisor to me, and her passion and dedication to Borsheims is something I will always hold dear to my heart.”
