Citizen Watch America Names New Managing Director of Luxury Brands
Joy Tarbox will take on the role, overseeing watch brands like Accutron and Frederique Constant.

Tarbox will be responsible for the overall sales and brand management for Alpina and Frederique Constant and overseeing all field sales for the Accutron brand.
She will report to Michael Benavente, managing director at Bulova.
Citizen Watch America’s luxury division represents the sales and marketing for Citizen Group’s luxury brands within the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin American markets (Accutron only).
The brands included in the division are Accutron, Alpina, Ateliers deMonaco, and Frederique Constant.
Tarbox was officially promoted in June, previously serving as the senior vice president of field sales at Bulova, overseeing the independent retailers.
She started at Bulova in March 2016 as eastern regional vice president.
Tarbox has more than 25 years of watch sales management experience, previously working with Corum, Chanel, and Gucci Group Watches and Fine Jewelry as its U.S. sales director.
“We are continuously building and strengthening our Luxury Brands division and with that comes a dedicated staff for sales, marketing, and customer care as well as a dedicated process at our warehouse for these brands,” said Citizen Watch America President Jeffrey Cohen in a press release about the appointment.
“Joy’s expertise is integral to leading the growth of this division.”
