JBT Offering Free Webinar on Budgeting
The Jewelers Board of Trade is partnering with Accounting for Jewelers for the session, which will take place next week.
Warwick, R.I.—The Jewelers Board of Trade and Accounting for Jewelers are offering a free online seminar next week on budgeting.
“How to Develop an Annual Budget” is scheduled to take place Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 2 to 3 p.m. EST. More information on how to participate is available to those who register; visit Register.GoToWebinar.com to do so.
The purpose of the session is to help jewelers create a detailed and realistic budget for their businesses that can help them operate within their means, plan ahead, measure performance and, ultimately, turn a profit.
“Our purpose is to inspire creativity for jewelry business owners by relieving stress and providing focus,” said Mariel Diaz, a GIA graduate gemologist, German-trained gemstone carver and second generation classically trained metalsmith who started Accounting for Jewelers a decade ago.
“We establish simple and efficient operations for bookkeeping that result in reliable and timely reporting, compliance and data-driven decisions for a better quality of life.”
The webinar is free and open to all in the industry who would like to participate.
