Centurion Honors Designers, Retailers in Scottsdale
The winners of the Centurion Design Awards were announced at a gala dinner held during the show, as were the Vendors’ Choice Retailer Awards and the newly added Showcase Awards.

Scottsdale, Ariz.--Centurion honored a number of brands, designers and retailers for excellence during its recently concluded show in Scottsdale.
The winners of the Centurion Design Awards were announced at a gala dinner held last week, as were the Vendors’ Choice Retailer Awards and a new award added this year, the Showcase Awards.
The winners for each category are below.

Centurion exhibitors decide the Vendors’ Choice Retailer Awards, voting for the retailers whom they deem the most outstanding in a number of areas.
The winners in each category were as follows.
--Most Community Engaged Retailer: Tivol Inc. in Kansas City, Mo.
--Most Savvy Buyer: Be On Park in Winter Park, Fla.
--Best Merchandise Presentation: Cornell’s Jewelers in Rochester, N.Y.
--Best Digital Presence: Cornell’s Jewelers
--Most Outstanding Retail Partner of the Year: a three-way tie between Montelongo’s Fine Jewelry in College Station, Texas; Shelter Wade Jewelers in San Antonio; and Tivol
Centurion also announced a new award this year, the Showcase Design Competition, which was awarded to Tara Pearls for a bridal theme that incorporated real wedding cakes with pearls and humorous cake toppers.
